While there is no work requirement at our Co-op, Working Members are an important part of our success over the years — and it’s a great way to meet your neighbors, have fun, and contribute to something meaningful, together! You can also receive a discount on groceries and other benefits in accordance with co-op policies.
Available tasks depend on the needs of the Co-op, and include stocking shelves, cleaning up, bagging dry goods, gardening, and board committee work. It works best to have the same person doing the same job for several months in a row to learn the ropes and get to know our staff.
