While there is no work requirement at our Co-op, Working Members are an important part of our success over the years — and it’s a great way to meet your neighbors, have fun, and contribute to something meaningful, together! You can also receive a 10% discount on groceries and other benefits in accordance with co-op policies.
Available tasks depend on the needs of the Co-op, and include providing event support, stocking shelves, cleaning up, bagging dry goods, gardening, and board committee work. It works best to have the same person doing the same job for several months in a row to learn the ropes and get to know our Staff.
